OTS can provide employees with experience, the right training and assessment to have their skills formally recognised. If you’re a member of any workforce where an OTS qualification is suited however you don’t have the formal qualification, the Skills Assessment and Gap Training program is the solution.
As well as making a difference to employees, the employers will benefit greatly too. Qualified staffs are valuable as they allow competition and productivity to increase.
The program allows you (as the worker) to have your skills and abilities mapped out against one of our qualifications. Your trainer/ assessor will then identify areas in which gap training is required and will work with you to achieve the qualification.
